Capt. Lynch To Address Chambers at Austins - 4/24
Captain Randall John Lynch, United States Navy, Commanding Officer, Naval Station Great Lakes will be the keynote speaker at the Spring GLMV/Multi-Chamber Networking Luncheon April 24, 11:30-1:30 pm at Austin’s Saloon & Eatery, 481 Peterson Road, Libertyville.
The GLMV Chamber is hosting the event along with Grayslake and North Chicago Area Chambers.
Capt. Lynch will speak on "The Navy, Naval Station Great Lakes and You.” He will also address how to do business with the naval station.
From its founding in 1911, Naval Station Great Lakes has maintained its position as the Navy's largest training facility with more than 25,000 military and civilian personnel working, training, and living here.
From 2007-10, Capt. Lynch served as Joint Staff Officer at U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM) in Stuttgart, Germany, first as Executive Assistant (EA) to the three-star Deputy Commander for Military Operations, then as Acting J7 Director/Division Chief for Exercises. Most recently, he was Senior Federal Executive Fellow in the National Security Analysis Department at Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory in Laurel, MD, working for the Chief of Naval Operations as part of OPNAV N51.
