Libertyville Elementary District 70 Adler Park third-grader Noah Valencia was recently honored as the Grand Prize winner in the Fire Prevention Poster contest for the Libertyville Fire Department.

Trophy winners included Copeland Manor second-grader Samantha Chen and Noah Valencia.
