And the Senate has been worse.
Harry Reid may go down as the worst Senate majority leader in United States history.

Washington = "Ineptocracy"
Ineptocracy - A system of government where the least capable to lead are elected by the least capable of producing, and where the members of society least likely to sustain themselves or succeed, are rewarded with goods and services paid for by the confiscated wealth of a diminishing number of producers.

A country gets the government it deserves. If we keep electing insensitive clods (a/k/a Republicans), we will get uncaring government. The CONservitives took a booming economy nad wrecked it.

Edward, your post is a great reason we need to raise the voting age to let’s say 40! Or was that insensitive.

So Illinois gets the government it deserves by electing Democrats to majorities in the House and Senate in Springfield, and the money sponge called Quinn. And the Strogers and their city clones.

If it wasn't for the Republicans, out national debt would probably be double by now, and we would have gone down before Europe. Want to see something scarey, watch this clock for a while.

John, are you kidding?...Republican George W. Bush GAVE us this debt. Do you forget that he started with a fiscal surplus he inherited from President Clinton? Do you forget that, after wasting that, he started two wars AND a Tax Giveaway Program for the rich -- All without paying for them?....That is the "debt" we're now paying for..
That moaning we're hearing from Republicans regarding "the debt we are leaving our grandchildren" was NOT heard when they were voting for Trillion Dollar Wars and tax breaks for the wealthy!

Yeah, the voting age should go back to 21 at least. The argument at the time was that if they're old enough to be sent to war, they're old enough to vote. Not true.

Good grief, Warren...If you're old enough to sacrifice your LIFE for your country, you're certainly entitled to vote for or against it's policies.

Hey Charley, you must have missed the headlines, Sandy - passed, Fiscal Cliff - passed, not sure what violence against women is. Strike three you're out! By the way, the Sandy bill takes away most of the money "expected" from the Fiscal Cliff fiasco, so tell me how your geniuses expect to pay for the 1.5 Trilion budget next year?

Krebs should read http://www.inquisitr.com/468239/hurricane-sandy-relief-bill-filled-with-60-billion-of-pork-barrel-spending/ but then that makes a certain assumption.

You're "not sure what violence against women is"?.....Perhaps that's because, like many conservatives, you couldn't care less about it.

Too bad Krebs doesnt read more about the Senate and the professional clowns on the Demcratic side. Too bad Krebs doesn't read about the constant refusal of Obama to cut SPENDING. Too bad Krebs doesnt read about Mike Madigan and Johnny Cullerton in Springfield. Too bad Krebs doesnt read about Crook County politicians and their perks and all the high school districts that suck our tax property money for high salaries for the hot shot administrators. Im not an artist but I can draw a picture of Krebs.
