Libertyville Days Festival is 'Celebrating the Spirit' with Four Days of Fun
The Libertyville Days Festival is fun for the whole family with a parade, carnival, rides, food, music and family entertainment. New this year is a Rib Cook-Off.
It's time for Libertyville Days! The four-day event will be held June 14-17. Here's a look at what to expect:
Celebrating the Spirit Libertyville Days 2012 Schedule
Carnival:
Thursday 6 to 11 p.m.
Friday and Saturday Noon to 11 p.m.
Sunday 1 to 6 p.m.
An unlimited ride special will be available for $22 per person per day from 6-11 p.m. Thursday, noon to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 1 to 6 p.m. Sunday.
Parade:
The parade will start at 10 a.m. Saturday and will travel on Milwaukee Avenue through downtown, south to Rockland Road.
Taste of Libertyville:
Thursday 5 to 11 p.m.
Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Sunday 1 to 6 p.m.
Some of the featured restaurants will include: A Taste of Chicago Prime, Brother's Ribs, Depidy Dawg Ice Cream, Domino's, El Barrio Mexican Food, Fatman Bowl, Lee Concessions, Lino's, Luke's of Mundelein, Jethro's, Maggie Moo's Ice Cream and Real Urban Barbecue.
