A joint House and Senate redistricting meeting will be held Tuesday.

A hearing for the map will be held in Chicago at 12 p.m. on Saturday, according to the Senate Districting Committee's website. Meanwhile a joint session between the House and Senate will be held in Springfield on Tuesday.

More b.s. to serve the needs of the Democrats. We're billions in debt, the state is raking communities over the coals by stealing income tax revenue that is rightfully theirs, and they are focusing on this? Hmm, I wonder why....
I find it troubling and ironic that so many of these "districts" have boundaries with such "crooked" shapes.
Fitting.
I hope every person who votes in Illinois starts getting the hint ASAP. Do everything you can to get this governor and the corrupt liberals in office out come next election time, before the damage is irreperable, if it isn't already.

Sure. When you can explain the shape of congressional districts Eric Cantor's and Michelle Bachmann represent, I'll buy you self-righteous "evil Liberal" blathering.

I'm talking about Illinois, and your post has ZERO to do with that. The fact half of this state voted for Quinn shows just how stupid most of the people in Illinois have become. I guess you are one of those people who enjoy paying a corruption tax and not to mention all the liberals who gave Cook County the highest sales tax in the nation and still can't figure out how to balance a budget.
Yeah, Illinois Democrats are doing so much to help everyone, aren't they?
