Alfonso G. Vasquez, 55, passed away on Friday Feb. 22, 2013 at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville.

He was born Jan. 26, 1958 in San Angelo, TX and has lived in Round Lake for the past 25 years. Surviving are his wife Patricia Vasquez, nee Stone; 3 children, Alfonso Jr. (Jessica Abbott), Jesse (Amber) Vasquez and Sandra (Dery) Fernandez; six grandchildren, Isiah, Veronica, Jordan, Angelina, Alonzo and Elijah; Siblings, Yolanda, Bobby, Martha, Veronica and Mike. He was preceded in death by his parents Miguel and Antonia; and his brother, Abel.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, Feb. 25 at the Burnett-Dane Funeral Home Ltd., 120 W. Park Ave. (Route 176, one block west of Milwaukee Ave.), Libertyville. A service will be held during the visitation at 7 p.m. with the Rev. Father James E. Merold, officiating. Info: 847-362-3009.
