Police Blotter: Alcohol, Criminal Damage to Vehicle Arrests
The Libertyville Police Department reports arrests from Jan. 19-25.

Anne J. Gram, 47, of 538 Tindalls Nest, Twin Lakes, WI, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol Jan. 19 near North Milwaukee Avenue and School Street. She was also cited for DUI over .08, improper lane usage, improper stopping on roadway and drivers license not on person. She was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond pending a Feb. 8 court date.
Riley J. Markus, 19, of 1941 Kenton Lane, Green Oaks, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol Jan. 25 on Garfield Avenue near Park Avenue. He was also cited for DUI over .08, speeding, illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and having expired vehicle registration. He was released on his drivers license and a $1,000 personal recognizance bond pending a March 1 court date. Two passengers in the vehicle were also charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor: Gregory Andrew Thomas, 20, of 624 S. Dymond Road, Libertyville; and Sarah E. Onufer, 19, of 1314 Blackberry, Libertyville. Both Thomas and Onufer were released on $120 bonds pending a March 13 court date.
Criminal Damage to Vehicle
Diego Garcia, 24, of 874 Quincy Court, Island Lake, was charged with criminal damage to vehicle Jan. 24 at Condell Hospital, 801 S. Milwaukee Ave. Police said he broke the drivers side window of a vehicle. He was released on a $120 personal recognizance bond pending a Feb. 20 court date.
