Alcohol

Two 20-year-olds were charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor Dec. 28 on the 400 block of West Cook Street. Arrested were: Meghan Fanning of 14840 Creekside Path, Green Oaks; and Camille A. Simpson of 1360 Minard Lane, Libertyville. They were both released on $120 cash bond pending a Feb. 13 court date.

Miguel A. Luna, 30, of 1415 Whimpole Unit 406, Mundelein, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol Dec. 29 on the 100 block of West Rockland Road. He was also cited for DUI over .08, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, illegal transportation of alcohol and improper lane usage. He was held for bond court the next morning.

Olga L. Macias, 22, of 25067 W. Rollins Road, Ingleside, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol Dec. 30 near Route 176 and Stritch Drive. She was also cited for DUI over .08, improper lane usage and operating an uninsured vehicle. She was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond pending a Jan. 18 court date. Her passenger, Gabriel Gonzalez, 18, of 2203 Carmel Blvd., Zion, was charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. He was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond pending a Jan. 11 court date.

Oliver William Brown III, 23, of 12701 W. Crescent Ave., Waukegan, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol Dec. 30 near Milwaukee and Cook Avenues. He was also cited for speeding and operating an uninsured vehicle. He was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond pending a Feb. 15 court date.

Battery

Mathew M. Digiovanni, 21, of 719 S. Spaulding Ave., Chicago, was charged with battery Dec. 29 at Austin's Saloon & Eatery. He was released on a $120 cash bond pending a Feb. 13 court date.

Drugs

Sayed T. Banifazl, 19, of 534 E. Washington St., Round Lake Park, was charged with unlawful possession of cannabis with intent to deliver Dec. 28 near Blueberry Road and Acorn Lane. He was also cited with four counts of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while license suspended, not having a front license plate and operating an uninsured vehicle. He was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond pending a Jan. 11 court date.

Dominick A. Deslauriers, 32, of 304 Harding Ave., Libertyville, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs Dec. 30 near Route 137 and Revere Drive. He was also cited for unlawful possession of cannabis, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, improper lane usage and failure to wear a seat belt. He was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond pending a Feb. 1 court date. His passenger, Christopher R. Santi, 20, of 207 Brookhill Red, Libertyville, was charged with unlawful possession of cannabis. He was released on a $120 personal recognizance bond pending a Jan. 16 court date.

Traffic

Gustavo Saldivar Cordada, 20, of 2000 Washington No. 2, Waukegan, was charged with not having a valid drivers license Dec. 27 on the 100 block of South Milwaukee Avenue. He was also cited for driving while license suspended and having expired registration. He was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond pending a Feb. 13 court date.
