What difference does it make to take away a license if you drive anyway? Let's see way higher bonds so they sit and think about it before drinking and driving without insurance. It's attempted murder after all.

We are fairly soft on such a dangerous offense. We need to make the penalty a lot more harsh. One DUI and you should be forced to pay to get that breathalyzer installed on your car. One offense is plenty to require this. If you make the idiotic choice to drive drunk, it should cost a bit more.

You can get pregnant at any age or fight for this country
at18 but cant drink it's ridiculous. Let's change the law to
18 to drink! This happened at 20 years old they should
not have been fined. Return their money

I agree with perhaps dropping the age to 18 for drinking but the point is that they were not 21. They still broke a law that everyone knows exists. I'm sure almost everyone on here has at some point consumed alcohol under the age of 21 and done it in a safe environment where they won't give cops an excuse to check them out and possibly arrest them.
