Discover Restorative Yoga during a special class at Central Lake
YMCA, 700 Lakeview Parkway, Vernon Hills, on Thursday, Feb. 16, from 6:30 to 8 p.m.

Restorative Yoga is for everyone, with no prior Yoga experience needed. Its poses are “active relaxation”.  By supporting the body with props such as pillows, blankets or blocks, participants alternately stimulate and relax the body to move toward balance. The cost is $10, and participants should bring two pillows and a blanket with them to relax, renew and find balance.
