After many months of collecting recipes\, the library is pleased to announce that the cookbook is now for sale and will be debuted at a kick-off event on Tuesday\, November 13 at 7 p.m. at the Libertyville Civic Center\, 135 W. Church Street.\nChef Michael M addox\, formerly of Le Titi de Paris\, will amaze you with his culinary skills as he demonstrates how to make dazzling holiday canapes and Chef Jean-Marc Loustaunau from Cafe Pyrenees will demonstrate his silky smoot h Creme Brulee recipe\, which can be found in the cookbook. In addition to chef demos\, participants will also have the opportunity to sample de licious recipes from the cookbook and enter a drawing for great prizes.
