Self Esteem Workshops for Girls ages 9 - 13 yrs. old. This 4 week friendship program will focus on empowering girls thru art, yoga and overall creative expression. These classes will help girls gain self confidence, foster healthy relationships and embrace their true colors. Pre-registration is required. Bring a friend along and you both receive 20% off!

More About Artist @ Heart
Artist @ Heart is a gallery and art studio. It works with a wide variety of artistic mediums, including mosaics, acrylic painting and mixed media. The studio also offers art and sewing classes for all levels and ages, including individuals with special needs. Space is available for rent for private parties or any number of occasions and groups. This includes a ladies night out, birthday parties and Girl Scout group meetings.
