Skip the crowded mall, and make your holiday season a little brighter by starting a new Santa-visit tradition, Snack 'n' Storytime with Santa.  Mundelein Park District (www.mundeleinparks.org) has arranged for the "big guy in red" to come and share some special time with kids, ages 1 to 8 on Sunday, December 2, 1 p.m. at the Regent Center (1200 Regent Drive, Mundelein).  Kids, bring your wish list to share and then listen to Santa reading "The Night Before Christmas."  Parents, bring your camera to capture the moment during this relaxing, enjoyable visit.  Cost is $7 for Mundelein residents ($10 non-residents).  Register now at www.mundeleinparks.org or call 847-566-0650.
