 ese exams are available at no cost to those with Medicare or commercial 
 insurance. There is no co-pay or deductible. Medicare recipients need to
  have been in Medicare at least one year and have not had an annual well
 ness visit within the last 12 months.\nParticipants receive a personal r
 eport that outlines their current health and risk status and formulates 
 a personal prevention plan. The exams also are ideal for people who don&
