Eagle Scout Candidate Helps Beautify Area Around Historic Bell
Sam Marlinga is a member of Troop 71 in Libertyville.
The Town and Country Garden Club is expressing its appreciation for Eagle Scout candidate Sam Marlinga, who has been helping improve the appearance of the historic Court House Bell on Milwaukee Avenue just north of Winchester House.
Marlinga is a member of Troop 71 in Libertyville, according to the Garden Club. He has been landscaping and gardening the area around the bell and will be researching the history of the bell.
