Youth Fine Arts Month Exhibition at the David Adler Center
David Adler Music and Arts Center heads up youth fine arts month
The David Adler Music and Arts Center is teaming up with Libertyville and Oak Grove schools to exhibit student work throughout the community as a part of You Art Month. March is both Youth & Libertyville Fine Arts Month, which is an annual observance each March to emphasize the value of art education for all children and to encourage support for quality school art programs.
There will be a student exhibition and opening reception at the David Adler Music and Arts Center from 7-9pm, February 28 to kick off the celebration. At the celebration there will be a map to locate the businesses throughout Libertyville who are exhibiting student artwork. The event will also feature performances by Talent Forum, Highland Middle School’s Jazz Bands, Strolling Strings, and Show Choir.
