Advocate Condell welcomes Pain Management Physician

Advocate Condell Medical Center is pleased to welcome pain management physician Jay Hurh, MD. Dr. Hurh will be seeing patients at the Advocate Medical Group practices located at 716 Milwaukee Avenue in Libertyville, Ill and 100 Village Green Drive, Suite 120, Lincolnshire Ill.

A graduate of Michigan State University and St. George’s University School of Medicine, Dr. Hurh completed his residency at Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, where he also served as chief resident and completed an interventional pain fellowship. He is board certified in pain management and anesthesia.
