Forslev Named Administrator of Professional Services

Advocate Condell Medical Center is pleased to announce Bill Forslev, Administrator of Professional Services, effective August 4, 2013.

Bill started at Advocate Condell in 1999 as Clinical Coordinator of Pharmacy. In 2008, he moved into the Director of Pharmacy position and earlier this year he was promoted to the Director of Ancillary Services.

In his new expanded role, Bill will oversee the clinical, financial and regulatory aspects of the Pharmacy, Radiology and Respiratory Departments. He will also have a matrixed relationship with the Lab and work strategically with them to meet Advocate Condell’s growth and Advocate Experience objectives.

Since joining Advocate Condell, Bill has led his staff in numerous initiatives, including decentralized medication distribution, pharmacist participation in CMS quality improvement measures, pharmacist medication histories, and many successful Joint Commission surveys.

Bill received his degree in Economics and continued his studies, receiving a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Illinois, Chicago.
