Local Former Stray Looking For Loving Home

Lucy is a four-year-old shar pei and lab mix, is our best guess. She's come a long way from the terrified dog running loose in unincorporated Mundelein for almost a week.

Lucy has gained weight and is gaining confidence. She is still timid of new people, especially men but getting better every day. She loves to run around the back yard.

Currently she is living in our offices and does great with the office cats, Kimmie and Twilight. She has also had Shadow, a dog, come and visit her.

Lucy would be best with an experienced dog owner and would love a fenced yard. www.aear.org.
