Ready, Set, MOW! United States Lawn Mower Racing Associations Motors into Lake County Fairgrounds

Lawn mower racers (yes, lawn mowers!) will be plowing into Libertyville on Saturday, July 26th for the Series Racing at the Lake County Fairgrounds hosted by the United States Lawn Mower Racing Association (USLMRA) and sponsored by America’s No. 1 selling fuel stabilizer, STA-BIL. Members will race their supped up lawn mowers in a fun, friendly competition.

Established in 1992, the USLMRA is the oldest and largest lawn mower racing sanctioning body with more than 250 races taking place across the country every year. From former pro athletes to farmers and attorney, the USLMRA is comprised of more than 700 fun-loving racing enthusiasts and 60 chapters and affiliated clubs in cities around the country.

“Lawn mower racing is a true passion sport both for the racers and its fans who participate for the love of competition, sportsmanship and camaraderie,” said Bruce Kaufman, “Mr. Mow It All” and USLMRA president. “We’re excited to mow our way into the Lake County Fairgrounds and discover our next champion blade runner.”
