There are plenty of seasonal opportunities scheduled in your neighborhood.

Looking for the closest Easter egg hunt or a restaurant serving Easter brunch? You may even get a glimpse of the Easter Bunny himself at area events.

Bunny Brunches and Easter Brunch at Lambs Farm

On April 6 and 7, The Easter Bunny hops to to visit with the area boys and girls. Enjoy a delicious buffet and wonderful holiday activities, including a picture with the Bunny himself. Please call the Country Inn Restaurant at 847.362.5050 to make your reservations. Seatings are 9 a.m., 10:30 a.m., and noon. $15.95, $7.95 for children 23 months and younger with activities.

On April 8, The Lambs Farm Easter Brunch is tradition for many families. The brunch features hand-carved meats, breakfast favorites, fresh fruits and vegetables, and a dessert table. Call 847.362.5050 to reserve. Seatings are 10 a.m., noon and 2 p.m. Prices are $22.95 for adults, $10.95 for ages 2-12, free for 23 months and younger.

Lunch with the Easter Bunny

The Village of Libertyville is offering lunch with the Easter Bunny from 11 a.m. to noon, Saturday, April 7, at The cost is $10 per person, 42 for children under 2.

Easter Brunch is available at 545 North Bar & Grille in ibertyville from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., Sunday, April 8. Prices are $16.95 for adults and $7.95 for kids 10 and under. Reservations are recommended.

 

Grayslake

The 16th Annual REMAX Center Easter Egg Hunt wil be held at 11:30 a.m., April 7, at the . There will be more than 7,500 Eggs and 300 Prizes. All children are welcome from the ages of 1 to 9 years old. Doors open at 11 a.m. Bring your camera to take photos with the Easter Bunny and his friends, after the Easter Egg Hunt. 

Easter Brunch at Stonewall Orchard

in Grayslake is offering an Easter Brunch, April 8, from 10 a.. to 2 p.m. Prices are $24.95 for adults, $9.95 for children 12 and younger, free for children less than 4. 

 

Lake Forest

The Lake Forest Parks and Recreation Department will hold its Annual Easter Egg Hunt, Saturday, April 7, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at  . The Egg Hunt will include pictures with the Easter Bunny and of course, the exciting egg hunt. A special Magic Show will follow the hunt. Please remember to bring your baskets to this free program.

Family Easter Celebration

Christ Church of Lake Forest will hold a Family Easter Celebration which includes lessons on the meaning of Easter using Resurrection eggs. There will also be an egg hunt and cookie decorating. The free event is Saturday, April 7, 11 a.m.-noon.

 

Lake Bluff

Flashlight Easter Egg Hunt

Lake Bluff Park District will host it first Flashlight Egg Hunt for children 9 – 12 years of age at the Blair Park Recreation Center, 355 W. Washington Ave., Friday, April 6, at 8 p.m. Be sure to bring your own flashlight.

Easter Egg Hunt

On April 7, the annual Lake Bluff Easter Egg Hunt will be held at 9 a.m. Parents are encouraged to bring their children 8 and younger with their Easter baskets to the  to enjoy some family fun and visit with the Easter Bunny.  In the event of inclement weather the events will be moved indoors. 

Easter Brunch at Grille No. 43

Restaurants offering Easter Brunch on April 8 in Lake Bluff include Grille No. 43, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Price is $40 per person, half price for kids 12 and under, and 3 and under eat for free.
