Memorial Day Parade, Ceremony and Wreath-Laying
The American Legion and VFW will lead a parade from the commuter station to Cook Park for the annual Memorial Day ceremony. The ceremony will begin at 9:45 a.m. and will honor veterans with speakers and music by the Libertyville High School band. Everyone will then proceed to Lakeside Cemetery for wreath-laying and a performance of Taps.
