Winter Solstice:  A Service of Light for the Longest Nights:  A Time of Hope & Healing  

LIBERTYVILLE, IL. – Winter Solstice:  A Service of Light for the Longest Nights:  A Time of Hope & Healing will be offered by the First Presbyterian Church of Libertyville on Wednesday, December 14, 2011 at 7 p.m. in the Chapel.  The Advent and Christmas season is a time of joy.  But there are those who are feeling sad, lonely, or mourning.  This service of music and inspiration will offer scripture and meditations that focus on the hope God offers during dark times.  Come to the light that overcomes darkness and experience the presence of Christ where you are.

 The First Presbyterian Church of Libertyville is located at 219 W. Maple Ave., Chapel entrance is located on the corner of Maple Ave. and Douglas.
