Jim and Joan Sayre have lived in Libertyville since 1973. The couple's interest in nature photography started about five years ago. At first, they used a point-and-shoot camera to capture places they had visited, but soon decided they needed better equipment. Now, the couple travels with a 27-pound backpack that holds three cameras and five lenses.
