On opening day, there will be our traditional watermelon cutting ceremony with Mayor Terry Weppler. We have certified organic produce, free range and hormone free chicken, eggs, pork, lamb, and beef. Many kinds of fresh breads, salsas, sauces, olives, pickles, focaccia bread, mushrooms. Tarts, baguettes, muffins, pies, cookies, kettle corn, fresh squeezed lemonade, flowers, and local honey. Some of the best fruits and vegetables that you can find. There will be made to order French crepes and beef or chicken tacos. There are also some plants and shrubs for your landscaping.
RC Juggles will be performing and making balloon sculptures for the kids. Cook Memorial Library will present "Fresh Picked Stories" to kids at 9:30 and 10:30. On opening day, Whitey O'Day will provide musical entertainment.
