Nationally renowned paleoartist Tyler Keillor blends art and science to bring prehistoric creatures to life. His work will be on display at the Lake County Discovery Museum in Wauconda. Featured will be his reconstructions of various dinosaurs and prehistoric beasts. Captions and text written by Keillor explain his process and inspiration.
There is also a state-of-the art hologram created by Keillor using Zebra imaging and a 3-D laser scan of a model of Herrerasaurus. The hologram shows its skull in both skeletal and fleshed out form.
