Libertyville Mayor to Serve as Guest Bartender at Austin's

When you step up to the bar at Austin's Saloon Oct. 18, the person serving you your beer or other beverage might just be Libertyville Mayor Terry Weppler.
Weppler is set to serve as a guest bartender at Austin's from 4-7 p.m. Oct. 18, said Mark Khayat, owner of Austin's.
Austin's is kicking off its guest bartender program this fall, with people like Weppler working alongside an experienced bartender.
Ten percent of everything the guest bartender rings up will be donated to the charity of his or her choice, Khayat said.
