Are You a Workaholic?

Are you living to work? Working to live? Or just working way too much?

How many hours, on average, do you work each week? Do you keep to a 9-to-5 schedule or find yourself getting home later and later only to microwave a burrito for dinner so you can continue to burn the midnight oil?

There is a distinct difference between having a work ethic and having "workaholism," says Al Gini, who is a professor of business ethics and chair of the Department of Management in the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago, according to his op-ed piece in Crain's Chicago Business.

Adults, says Gini, must make time to recharge. Sounds simple, but with our ever-changing work demands, how do we do that?
