When and how did your business get started? July 2013. Business was started to provide an alternative fitness program to seniors—taught by seniors. The program focuses on stretching for flexibility, strength, balance and cardio-respiratory conditioning.

What is your business best known for? We are unique in that we understand the needs of seniors as it relates to exercise. We are seniors ourselves, certified in senior fitness through various accrediting agencies.

Does your business offer a special deals card or program? We charge $3 per class. No initiation fees, no monthly fees. We offer gift certificates.

What's something interesting about your business your customers might not know? We teach senior fitness only. It is our specialty and we cater to the 55+ community.

Why did you choose Libertyville to open your business? Libertyville has an active senior population and the downtown area is vibrant.
