Construction Moving Along on Trader Joe's in Libertyville
The store is set to open in 2014.
Progress continues to be made on the Trader Joe's store that is under construction at 1600 S. Milwaukee Ave., Libertyville.
As of Wednesday, the building's exterior looked nearly complete.
Rachel Broderick, a spokeswoman for Trader Joe's, told Libertyville Patch in September that while an opening date has not yet been set, "we do know that it will be sometime in 2014."
Trader Joe's announced in February that it will open a 12,500-square-foot store on the site of the old Frank's Nursery in Libertyville. Officials broke ground in May on the site, which will also include an 8,100-square-foot multi-tenant building on the 3-acre parcel.
