Mundelein Community Bank Hosts Groundbreaking Ceremony for Second Location

Mundelein Community Bank will be hosting a Groundbreaking Ceremony on Thursday, June 5 at 10 a.m. for their new second location at 169 N. Lake Street – between McDonald’s and the Police Station. The entire community is encouraged to attend.

The bank is joining the Village of Mundelein and other businesses that are becoming part of downtown Mundelein’s revitalization and growth.  The features of Mundelein Community Bank’s new facility will be consistent with the new architectural standards for the downtown area and are designed to be similar to the new Village Hall, including a clock tower.

In addition to traditional community banking account services, the bank will offer a variety of consumer and small business loans designed for the needs of the community. “As a true community bank serving Mundelein and Northern Lake County, we have a special commitment to the residents and our customers,” said Ryan Zicco, President of Mundelein Community Bank. “We back that commitment by investing in the communities we serve.”

“This exciting project demonstrates Mundelein Community Bank’s commitment to the community. We are delighted that their new satellite office will serve as the catalyst for future downtown development plans,” said Steve Lentz, Mayor, Village of Mundelein.
