Top Producing Real Estate Broker Jeff Matheson Joins @properties’ Libertyville Office
Chicago real estate firm @properties announced that top-producing real estate broker Jeff Matheson has joined the firm as a broker associate in its new Libertyville office. Matheson has produced more than $17 million in sales over the last 12 months, according to data from BrokerMetrics LLC.
Matheson, 53, comes to @properties from CENTURY 21 Kreuser & Seiler, where he was a broker associate in the firm’s Libertyville office for the last five years.
With 10 years of experience in residential real estate, Matheson’s career sales volume exceeds $100 million. He specializes in Lake County and northern Cook County, serving a broad range of clientele including home sellers; first-time, move-up and downsizing buyers; and relocation clients.
Matheson began selling real estate in 2004 after a 25-year career in the golf industry in sales, management and as a golf professional. He has earned a number of real estate sales awards, including Chicago Agent Magazine’s Top 20 Agents in Lake County and Double Centurion Producer from his former company.
