Creative Rehab Holiday Drive 

Our Creative Rehab family is honoring the season of giving with a Holiday Drive in support of two local charities who do so much for the people of Lake County - A Safe Place and Bernie's Book Bank.  Over the next few weeks we will be collecting children's books and much needed supplies that will be donated to these two wonderful charities.  We invite you to join our efforts by donating one of the requested items listed below.  Please drop off unwrapped donations at either of our clinics between November 25th and December 20th.

• Toiletries (Kids & Adults)
• Diapers & Baby Wipes
• Office Supplies

Bernie's Book Bank

• Gently used or new books 6th grade level and below, including board books
