Bad Service complaint

So after finding out that my ride from prarie crossing had already left the parking lot I froze in the cold and walk about 2 miles to this little nice looking motel. Once i got to the door nobody was there, i had to knock on all 4 windows just to ask if i could borrow a phone charger. I was told i would only be able to charge my phone if i bough a room, i only needed to make a few phone calls. I bought the room after the ladie told me i could have a couple hours and then she would refund my money but after only 45 minuted i had to fight with her to get $10 back. I was so upset with the service and how i was lied to like that. Not only was she being very rude to me but also slammed the sliding glass window in my face.
