Caring for the Caregiver Lake County Caregivers Conference

Caring for the Caregiver Conference on March 8
Co-Sponsored by JourneyCare

Caring for someone who is seriously ill can be very challenging, as well as physically and emotionally draining. To do a good job as a caregiver, you must take care of yourself. Self-care is about meeting your own needs so you will be able to be a better caregiver.

Caring for the Caregiver…The Third Annual Lake County Caregivers Conference on Saturday, March 8 will provide information and resources for family caregivers.  The conference is from 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. at University Center, 1200 University Center Drive, Grayslake. Ill.
