All-Levels Yoga Class

Everybody can practice yoga. Regardless of age, flexibility and level of experience yoga can bring balance into your daily life.  This class is truly for all. We transition slowly from each pose giving your body time to respond in a positive way. Yoga is a non-competitive practice that focuses on finding your bliss and being in the present moment.
