Tween Empowerment Class

Meets every Friday at 4:30. $16.00/class or 10 classes for $150.00. No expiration date or initiation fee. First class is free!!!


 


This fun and interactive hybrid class combines the fundamentals of kickboxing, yoga and relaxation in a one- hour weekly class. The goal is to provide kids ages 9-14 a safe, non-competitive environment to explore yoga, kickboxing and learn life lessons.
