Family Yoga Fun

Are you looking for somehing fun to do with you child that gets them out of the house and moving? We offer a yoga class for children ages 2 - 6 and their parent, grandparent, Aunt or Uncle. This class encourages the parent/guardian and child to bond through physical movement, games, stories and relaxation. It will improve everyone's flexibility, circulation, concentration as well as mind and body awareness.

Classes are on Saturday at 2:00 PM until August 2nd. No class July 5. Cost is $12 - $15 a class for members or non members. Children are the same price as well. Please contact Christina at 847-362-2724 for more information and to enroll.
