Come join us on Saturday July 12th for a free class for non-members from 9:30 - 10:30. Then stay aftewards for our first Health & Wellness Expo. We will have Outdoor Tai Chi; local organic soap maker as well as a Wellness Coach Ruth Regar; Chiro One Chiropractor; a Organic/Natural Supplement supplier; Power Drumming performance; jewelry and more!
