Overview:
We’ve been keeping
a little secret here at the Lake County Fairgrounds….Don't tell anyone, but
Santa Claus moves into the Lake County Fairgrounds each December and sets up a
magical holiday ranch - the perfect place for the reindeer to run basic flight
maneuvers, Mrs. Claus to perfect her latest cookie recipes, Santa's brother to
tend the farm and run routine sleigh maintenance, and the mischievous elves to
play mini golf and have fun on all the rides.
On second
thought... TELL EVERYBODY!
This year, Santa is
inviting kids of all ages to come join him on the ranch for the first ever
Holiday Hoedown! This indoor, winter
festival will feature a Magical Midway of rides, games, and food, Santa’s Farm
(presented by his friends at the Lake County Farm Heritage Association) with
Jingle Bell Junction train rides and hayrides, Frosty’s Fairway mini golf,
Gingerbread Square entertainment & special events, holiday vendors,
Blitzen’s Brewery, and more!
