"Ornamental Grasses" - October program of the Gardeners of Central Lake County

The October 14, 2013 meeting of the Gardeners of Central Lake County will highlight the program, "Ornamental Grasses" This program , presented by a Master Gardener from the University of Illinois Extension Office, will feature a number of different grass species. Ornamental grasses are one of the fastest growing trends in gardening. Find out what they are, how to grow them and use them in your garden! The Gardeners of Central Lake County meet monthly - the meetings include an interesting program, a mini plant competition, refreshments and the opportunity to meet other local gardening enthusiasts. No gardening experience necessary!
