Spring Break Dancer Stay-Cation Class: Restorative Exercise for Dancers

Calling all dancers!!

Take a break from your busy dance schedule to take care of yourself.  Join us on Monday, March 24, at 10:30am for a rejuvenating movement class designed especially for you.  Melissa Reh, PT will lead you in an hour of total body movement to loosen tight muscles and restore strength that has been depleted by an aggressive dance class and rehearsal schedule.  This is a great way to enjoy your break from school and dance - think of it as a spring break stay-cation for your body!

This FREE class is presented as a part of Libertyville Fine Arts Month and is suitable for dancers ages 10 and older.  Please register by calling 847-362-9171 on or before Wednesday, March 19th.

Melissa Reh, MSPT, CSCS, FASF is a licensed physical therapist at Creative Rehab specializing in the treatment of dancers.  She created The Dancer Answer in 2008 and provides the program’s services.  She has extensive dance experience in both teaching and performance.
