SENIOR FITNESS DEMO AT MISCHIEF'S BREWING COFFEEHOUSE

Two new downtown Libertyville businesses
have teamed up to offer a free senior fitness demo at the Mischief's Brewing
coffeehouse.



The specialized senior fitness demo is being offered by Rehabitations, Inc., a
fitness group devoted to the well-being of the senior population.



Partners John Keller and Bernie Klos bring their unique program, a success at
fitness centers and YMCAs across Lake County, to Libertyville. Both John and
Bernie are certified fitness professionals who have developed a class aimed at
improving: STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY, BALANCE, AND CARDIO-RESPIRATORY CONDITIONING.




Mischief's Brewing is a locally owned and operated coffeehouse featuring an
exclusive coffee blend brewed by JavaMania Coffee Roastery in Rockford.
Mischief’s mixes unique flavors in specialty drinks alongside regulars, like an
Italian dark roast. They offer confections from Lee’s Donuts in Libertyville
and honey sticks from a nearby beekeeper lining shelves. In addition, patrons
can enjoy a full breakfast, lunch or dinner.
