The Lake County Folk Club presents Red Tail Ring in Concert

Laurel
Premo and Michael Beauchamp, of Red Tail Ring, share a raw blend of original
compositions and interpretations of old ballads and dance tunes from the
southeast mountains. The duo has made haunting, close harmonies a centerpiece
of their performances which they support with a bed of intricate

instrumentation on fiddle, clawhammer banjo, mandolin and guitar. Red Tail Ring’s latest album, The Heart’s Swift
Foot, was recently named one of the top 10 albums by Folk Alliance. They have
been exciting audiences throughout the U.S. and abroad with their spirited
performances. Opening for Red Tail Ring will be Scott Engstrom, accomplished
banjoist, guitarist and songwriter in styles ranging from traditional to
contemporary.
Please
call  (847) 602-8882 by noon on the day
of the concert for reservations. We prefer a reservation, but you may still
attend without one. $12/$10 seniors and club members.
