The Who's 'Tommy' - Autism and Religion

Known mainly as the first "rock opera", Tommy contains an unusual story about differing states of mind and the founding (and failure) of a new religion. This service will explore both the ideas and music of this rock opera.

Nursery care is available for infants and
children up to age of 4, children ages 4 and up attend the beginning of the
church service and then go to religious education classes

The speaker, Scott Helmke is a member of PCUUC, and a musician who has been heavily influenced by The Who.
