Wrigley Field 100 mile charity bike ride

On this Sunday, August 25th, the Wrigley Field 100 mile bike ride will come right thru Lake County!  The riders including myself are riding 101 miles on  bicycles to raise funds and awareness for two great causes: Chicago Cubs charities and World Bicycle relief. World Bicycle Relief is a global nonprofit organization transforming individuals and their communities through The Power of Bicycles.  Independence Grove is the 60 mile rest stop!
There will be hundreds of bikers including myself traversing  Lake County for charity! The 101 mile route goes right thru Vernon Hills, Libertyville, Gurnee, Green Oaks and several other Lake County towns!
 The  goal is to raise $500,000 for these charities.
