Libertyville Marketing Firm Awarded Contract To Promote Open Access Science

The Ohio State University-led research forum focuses on animal health and food safety

Libertyville, IL, May 8, 2012:  Axiom Marketing, Inc., was recently awarded a contract to help promote open access science for the Ohio Agricultural Research and Development Center in Wooster, OH.  The Center is a research extension of The Ohio State University.  The Libertyville, IL, based company’s role in the project is led by Jeffrey D. Clausing, Senior Vice President, Strategic Solutions.

The opportunity to work with the prestigious university research center was earned in large part because of Axiom’s successful track record in the pharmaceutical field.  Over the last fifteen years, Axiom has worked with several domestic and international pharmaceutical companies in the vital areas of patient recruitment for clinical studies.  Clinical studies are a crucial step in the testing and approval of drugs to help control and cure diseases for humans.

Axiom will assist Dr. Daral Jackwood and his colleagues in their efforts to stimulate awareness of open access science by promoting the use of the Ohio Agricultural Research and Development Center’s diagnosticspeak.com web forum.  Diagnosticspeak.com is dedicated to promoting open access science by encouraging professionals to share discoveries, seek insights and advance the field of animal disease diagnostics in order to ensure the safety of the world's food supply.  The forum invites participation by diagnostic professionals from around the world.
