First Friday to Feature Special Promotions, Winter Clothing Drive

The festivities will be held from 6-9 p.m. Nov. 1.

From 6-9 p.m. Nov. 1, the downtown merchants invite you to stop in their stores for special promotions, sales and music during First Friday.

Start your holiday shopping for those special hometown friends at How Impressive by ordering a specially-designed Libertyville ornament. Full DisClothesure will offer 30 percent off your entire purchase, and personal fashion stylist Nia Landerdale will be available for a 15-minute complimentary fashion consultation. 

Help less fortunate area children by dropping off warm winter clothing at Rolland’s Jewelers for their Caring for Kids winter clothing drive. While you are there, start your holiday shopping as Rolland’s Jewelers will be donating 10 percent of their net profit that evening.

With the holidays just around the corner, the merchants are happy to assist you find that ideal gift. Start the evening by dining at one of the many restaurants. Whether it is steaks or a sandwich, Mexican, Italian or dessert, there is an assortment to please.

From the Metra station to Broadway, experience the shops and restaurants of downtown Libertyville, offering a city atmosphere with the  personal touch. Four-hour free parking is available in the convenient, covered parking garage.
