Twilight Shuffle Registration Ends Aug. 29

The event will be held Sept. 2.

This popular family event takes place on Sunday, Sept. 2 at 6 p.m. with the start/finish on Newberry in downtown Libertyville.

Whether you are an elite, recreational, first-time racer or a family interested in exercise, all are welcome. Each year this race gains popularity — the last two years participants numbered over 1,000! This race has become one of the top evening 5K races in northern Illinois. The professionally chip-timed and challenging course winds through the picturesque east side of downtown Libertyville where the streets are lined with neighborhood spectators.

Registration is $40/$25. Participants must be 9 years old at the time of the race. The entry fee includes a t-shirt, goody bags and a post-race party at , where runners and their families can enjoy dinner and rehydration. There are multiple age category awards for children and Fit and Fast Family. There is no walk-up registration the day of the event.
