Former Bears Punter Lists Libertyville Home for $949,000 [PHOTOS]

The Chicago Bears have released punter Adam Podlesh and now it is time for Podlesh to say good-bye to his Libertyville home.

The Chicago Bears recently announced the release of punter, Adam Podlesh, and now Podlesh is looking for a buyer for his 4,248-square-foot Libertyville home, according to Curbed Chicago. 

The home at 1302 Hackberry Court in Libertyville has five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and Podlesh is asking $949,000 for it, according to Zillow.com. Curbed Chicago refers to the home as "somewhat modest" and "down to earth for a professional athlete." 

The brick home sits on a .55-acre lot and features a two-story family room with a fireplace and a finished basement with a media room, exercise room and bar room that includes a pool table, according to Zillow.com. The home was built in 2000.
