Wildcat Boys' Lacrosse Suffers Tough Loss

Wildcats Boys' Lacrosse suffers tough loss against highly ranked St. Viator.

Friday the 13th brought nothing but bad luck for the Libertyville Boys’ Lacrosse team when they travelled to Palatine for a game against highly ranked St. Viator.  Although the Cats scored first, their rhythm was off the whole game and they couldn’t stop St. Viator’s #3 O’Malley who had his hand in 5 of the 7 goals.  The game ended in a 7-4 loss but once again the Cats had numerous scorers in Zach Friedman with 2 goals and 1 assist, Jack Ryan 1 goal, Connor Loucks 1 goal, Nick Ward, 2 assists and Phil Santi 1 assist.  Goalie Cole Blalzer had 8 saves in this defensive driven game. The Cats will be looking for a victory at home at Brainard Field on Monday evening against Glenbrook South.
